What to Expect
Fieldwork is demanding—physically and mentally. You’ll be outdoors, sometimes in remote areas, sometimes in less-than-ideal weather.
You’ll learn fast, work hard, and be supported by a team that’s been there. You will perform under the mentorship of Senior Project Managers.
We’re not a sweatshop. We believe in balance, mentorship, and doing things right, not rushed.
Why Evotek?
We’re not your typical environmental firm. We care about our people as much as our projects.
You’ll be part of a team that values transparency, flexibility, and a bit of tongue-in-cheek humour.
We’re growing fast and want you to grow with us.
