About the Role

Evotek was conceptualized as an alternative to the status quo, utilizing experienced and well-trained field personnel. We have implemented a strong training and mentorship program within the company to develop and grow personnel by passing along knowledge and skills based on our experience and connections.

This role is ideal for a Reclamation and Remediation Specialist with some experience that is looking to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Do

  • Field work focused operating within western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan)

  • Conducting groundwater monitoring programs
  • Assist with the implementation of remediation programs and systems
  • Coordinate and execute Detailed Site Assessments (DSAs)
  • Technical oversight on a variety of remediation and reclamation projects

  • Regulatory and third-party stakeholder interactions
  • Provide mentorship, support, and training to junior staff
  • Participation in company and client specific health and safety programs

What You’ll Need

What to Expect

Fieldwork is demanding—physically and mentally. You’ll be outdoors, sometimes in remote areas, sometimes in less-than-ideal weather.

You’ll learn fast, work hard, and be supported by a team that’s been there.

We’re not a sweatshop. We believe in balance, mentorship, and doing things right, not rushed.

Why Evotek?

We’re not your typical environmental firm. We care about our people as much as our projects.

You’ll be part of a team that values transparency, flexibility, and a bit of tongue-in-cheek humour.

We’re growing fast and want you to grow with us.
